Your flight number is stored with the booking for pickup preparation. Automated flight-status tracking is not part of the current website service.
How much waiting time is included?
Airport pickups include 60 minutes from actual flight landing. Any additional waiting is handled operationally.

Yes, Meet & Greet is included automatically with airport pickups.
