Allow for the time between landing and collection

For a group booking, check that the lead passenger has the confirmation and can be contacted after landing. If you are arranging travel for someone else, send them the destination and meeting instructions rather than only the payment receipt.

Check the date for late arrivals

Look at the UK arrival date on the flight itinerary, particularly around midnight. A journey that starts abroad in the evening may require a pickup on the following calendar day. Read back the date and time on the booking summary before confirming.
